Adam is CEO of Nephila Syndicate Management. Before joining us in 2013, he spent 15 years with the Willis Group. He was an MD at Willis Capital Markets & Advisory, their investment banking unit, and CFO of Willis Re, their global reinsurance business. Adam qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1994.
